Join us every week Thursday  for Yoga class. Walk-ins welcome.

 The Yoga Sculpt method  uses basic poses with the options to utilize light hand weights with cardio bursts that are beneficial for maximum circulation, flexibility and optimal calorie burning effect! If desired bring 3-5 pound weights and a yoga mat . Dress comfortably.  15 min of sharing,  stretching and coaching . Class starts instruction  at 7:15.
